Floresville council approves FELPS upgrade amid long dispute
The Floresville city council approved interim financing to upgrade FELPS the joint power system used by Floresville Stockdale and Path amid a lengthy legal battle. A certificate of resolution allows FELPS to buy a 25 MVA transformer and a 15 MVA unit for Sutherland Springs and Eagle Creek with a planned 6.4 million revenue bond issue to reimburse costs.
