Stockdale Approves Drought Plan and Two Firework Rules
The Stockdale council on April 3 passed a drought contingency plan to meet TNRCC standards and regulate water use, plus two ordinances restricting fireworks and trash fires with penalties up to 2000 dollars. The plan outlines shortage levels, rationing, surcharges, and public notices. enforcement rests with the constable and fire marshal.
