Outrage in Charlotte Township Sheriff seizes prisoner without warrant
A letter from Brunswick County alleges a sheriff crossed into South Carolina on May 21 to seize two escaped prisoners, abduct Richard Flowers, bind him, and return to Horry jail without any warrant or written authority.
