In Wiemington North Carolina December 13 1869 the Board of Aldermen met and approved last minutes. Finance extended loan payment sixty days. An ordinance on hay and food was laid over. Poor House and Hospital report referred to a two aldermen committee. Several payroll and property matters referred to committees. The pay for Captain John Fitzgerald set at 75 dollars monthly starting January 1869.
