A communication from the Minnesota governor and the state public service commission asking the extension of time to expel Senator La Follette of Wisconsin was presented in the Senate. The message was referred to the Senate for votes and elections of villey.

Berne report transmitted by Wireless Press in London states Germany will evacuate Belgium on certain terms. The note is said to have been presented in a supplementary Vatican document as a verbal communication by Foreign Secretary Neuhrmann to the Papal nuncio in Munich.
