A campaign event offers a Get Acquainted day on Saturday September AB. The first subscriber who turns in a Dispatch subscription for $1.50 or more earns a 25 000 vote certificate. A Twin Subscription certificate for 50 000 votes goes to the first two yearly subscriptions or one payment for two years.
A campaign club plan awards certificates for extra votes based on subscription payments. During period one ending October 6, each participant earning 150,000 extra votes per certificate with no limit, while partial payments count. Period two ends October 27 offers 100,000 extra votes per certificate, and period three ends November 12 offers 130,000 extra votes per certificate. A club completed in a later period receives the votes for that period.
The schedule lists vote allowances for subscriptions to The Dispatch. Various plans grant votes by payment length such as three, six, twelve, eighteen, and twenty four months, with totals ranging from 1,200 to 12,800 votes.
