In New Hanover County the North Carolina Home Building Association will auction Delia T. Merrick and John Merrick’s property at the Court House door in Wilmington on December 13 1917 at noon. The parcel lies at the Reginus intersection of Sixth Street and Marstellar Street, Lot 6 Block 7, city plat, per mortgage dated November 28 1915. Attorney John P. Bellamy & Son oversee the sale.
