King Charged With Violating Quarantine Rules
A warrant charges A M King of 307 North Sixteenth Street with violating quarantine regulations. He will have a hearing on September 10. Allegations state he disregarded doctors and health officials while removing a child alleged to have scarlet fever. The indictment arose after physician Charles Nitexon reported the matter to Solicitor Edwin Burton.

Cassie Goodall died at James Walker Memorial Hospital from wounds alleged to be inflicted by Walter Hinnant.
