Isaac J. Hathaway convicted of criminal malpractices in Mary Butler case. Court describes infant bones in a cigar box and deems the crime murder. Judge imposes seven years in solitary confinement in the Eastern Penitentiary. Hathaway’s son testified. Hathaway denied charges and claimed medical study in past.
