City Council debates sewer and street repairs amid storm
Last evening the City Council held a lengthy session with President Lichtenstein as storms interrupted business. They discussed a proposed sewer on Ninth street between Monroe and Adams, estimated at 700 dollars, and a repaving plan for Shipley and Front streets with costs around 140 dollars.
