December sale at the Wilmington Shoe House highlights a large, well curated stock of boots and shoes. Shoppers are urged to view the complete stock before sizes run out.
The notice directs delinquent tax payers in the Wilmington Hundred district to appear at the Southeast corner of Fifth and Main streets to settle taxes and costs for 1882. It designates Collector and Sealer of Weights and Measures authority and sets inspection terms.
