Beaver Utah August 2 an Indian Chief Beaverite told a reporter Lee secured Indian aid to kill emigrants by offering clothing guns and horses Lee allegedly commanded during the fight and claimed the emigrants had no animosity toward Indians He calls Lee a coward and says the poison story is a lie Judge Boreman charged the jury afterward.
