Flower show highlights six tables for breakfast to weddings
The event featured multiple classes from table settings to garden gates and peony varieties. Mrs. Bernard Rogers led class II with two identical containers each containing suitable and unsuitable flowers. Mrs. Edward Weller won breakfast table first in class III, with Mrs. Watson Blair and Miss Ruth Tuttle taking top prizes in dinner tables and mixed occasion tables. The show, hosted on Mrs. Rockefeller McCormick’s estate, drew enthusiasts to the water stairway vistas and landscaped grounds.
