Roosevelt visits Willmar crowds cheer at train stop

Col Roosevelt halted his Sioux Falls Fargo through Willmar train to address 3,000 to 6,000 onlookers. He praised citizens, urged honesty courage and common sense, commended working mothers, and accepted a bouquet from a little girl before waving goodbye as the train moved on.

Parades At Street Fair Parade Schedule Details

On Thursday afternoon September 15 the Street Fair will feature the Town and Country Civic Parade with prizes for named farm representations farm teams and decorated rigs.
