Sergeant Floyd Rufus brought Private Otto Carlson's remains from Hoboken New Jersey to Willmar on Saturday. Carlson, of Spicer, died at sea September 25 from pneumonia montis. He left Spicer July 8 for St Pat, enlisted, and went to Jefferson Barracks as ambulance driver before transfer to Allentown.
