After purchasing the Paul Hedin building on Litchfield Avenue, Erickson & Erickson plan to occupy next week. The new, redecorated structure features a plate glass front, attractive entrance, and 25 by 50 foot dimensions. The second story will serve as a salesroom with three rooms, while the large basement stores stock. total improvements near 1500 dollars, with remodeling by Pacific Sash and Door and painting by Alfred Bergeson. The deal was for 9000 dollars, and G. A. Erickson will run an office on the second floor with a tailor partner occupying space upstairs.

The Morris Browns Valley Branch line vehicle was tested in Willmar on Sunday with heavier wheels. It pulled a 26 ton railroad coach at speed and kept moving brakes applied. Fire department responds to second oil stove blaze at Ostlund home
Saturday at 11 40 a.m. the fire department answered an alarm at 402 Litchfield Avenue East. An explosion from a kerosene stove started the fire which spread to wall boards. Damage was slight. this marks the fourth call in ten days and recalls a prior gasoline stove fire at the fair grounds eating house.

Four Young Folks Hike From Willmar to Los Angeles
Four young travelers led by Regnar Chyden with the Misses Nora Thyden Gertrude Thyden and Mildred Benedict began Monday morning from Willmar at 5:30 toward Raymond. Nine Indictments Reported by Grand Jury Foreman
The Grand Jury led by foreman August Skattos announced nine indictments to Clerk of Court Ed Sanderson, who presented them to the Court at 10:30 AM. At the October term opening of the Twelfth Judicial District ten applicants received final citizenship papers in St. Paul led by Chief Naturalization Officer Harry Addelson. Judge Daly presided. several cases were dismissed or continued to March. the new citizens include Olaus O. Accident narrowly avoided at Kandiyohi station track
