The threshing crew was the only one that stopped operations to take in the street fair Saturday. School in Dist No 38 opened Monday. Corn harvesting is far advanced. Mr. Lundgren of Atwater has supplied nearly every house with stoves. S B Glader has threshed five to six bushels and has 65 acres of corn. Rev Nelson conducted meetings in Fahlun and at 7 30 pm. August Broman brings more milk to the creamery now than in summer. Ove Flaten of Granite Falls secured exclusive rights to sell a hand separator in several counties.
