Two burglars shattered the warehouse and store doors at Page Lindquist general merchandise, used nitro glycerine in a failed safe break, caused a violent blast scattering debris, and fled. About $100 cash and books were missing, with blood prints found and no trace of the culprits. The heist likely occurred between 4 and 4:30 am, with several witnesses noting noises and explosions in the early hours.
