Obsequies Held for Conductor James A Pursley

The obsequies of conductor James Alexander Pursley, killed at Breckenridge on Tuesday night of last week, were held Friday afternoon from the family residence at 602 Second Street.

Funeral for Mrs Pursley Attended by Large Concourse

A large concourse gathered for the funeral of Mrs Pursley with Rev D B Spencer of the Presbyterian church delivering the service. Mrs Cairney sang and a quartet performed. Pallbearers included James Carruthers and others. interment was in Fairview cemetery. Out of town mourners came from Annandale St Paul Hamline and Atwater.

Earl Harrell Injured in Round House Accident

A correction clarifies that Earl Harrell, son of A E Harrell, was injured at the Watertown round house when a large door swung open as he tried to close it. He suffered a broken left leg above the ankle and a dislocated knee cap, with a lengthy recovery expected. Miss Effie Sunde of Minneapolis is visiting the Jorgenson sisters.

Ohlson and Pitcher Wed In Willmar Parsonage Ceremony

Miss Anna Ohlson and Joseph Earl Pitcher were married yesterday at the M. B. church parsonage in Willmar by Rev. Parmeter. The couple, from Spicer, exchanged vows at 3 pm and will reside on the groom’s farm about three miles from Spicer.
