Orphans Home Sought For Willmar Move
Willmar considers replacing the present Lamberton housed Orphans Home with a new facility. Rev Mattson and Rev Gynild promote relocation, seek large donations, and aim to place the home in Willmar. Location options include the Ole Peterson farm north of town. Collections totaling 8350 this week from three Lutheran congregations bolster the effort. The home would serve children from all congregations and may add an aged home later.
