Military Exams Continue At Local Draft Board

Telegraphic orders from the war department in Washington direct the Local Board to halt classification for men who were 37 on September 12 1918 but to finish examining registrants who were 37 or younger on September 12 last. The board has most work done and will press on with the task. About two hundred class A1 men remain unexamined physically and will start next Monday and run through the week with daily examinations except Wednesday.

All pupils must obtain a permit from their family physician before entering public schools if they have influenza or live with someone who has had it.
