Young Life Ended May Rosetta Noren Dies at 15
May Rosetta Noren aged sixteen last May died after a six year battle with Bright's disease. She passed Sunday night at 10:50 after remaining conscious to the end. Daughter of Nellie Noren she leaves a grieving mother and sister. Funeral today at two from 311 Eleventh Street with Rev H C Buell officiating. Interment in Farrview cemetery. Community extends sympathy to the family.

In Hennepin county district court an action has been started against the grain insurance companies for damage to the Dahl and Peterson elevator burned last spring. Security Bank of Atwater and Walter Thexton of Minneapolis sue to recover storage tickets and unsecured creditors claims. insurer offered 23000 but the firm disputes 6000 bushels of wheat 1000 of flax and 100 of oats at the time of the fire. A venue change to Kandiyohi county will be argued tomorrow in Minneapolis. if denied the case may be tried next month. Insurance had been paid in full long ago.
