Hon Andrew Railson, longtime Kandiyohi County pioneer and Norway Lake figure, died Tuesday at 9:30 after a long illness. Born Aug 16 1833 in Norway, he emigrated in 1850 and helped found Norway Lake, served in state legislature, and held multiple county and local posts. He leaves five children and multiple descendants. funeral Friday at 1 PM from his home and 2 PM at East Norway Lake Synod Church.

The Willmar Independent School District 47 held a regular meeting November 1 1915 at 7:30 p m in the high school office. Bills were presented and approved for items including books supplies and services. The Building Committee was authorized to finish Lincoln School plumbing cement work and partitions. The board authorized reimbursing the president for expenses to the Minnesota Educational Association and adjourned after routine actions. Smoot Skoglund wedding noted. Andersen led the Norwegian sermon on Justification and the Bible as Word of God, with a 10:30 start and a 1:30 closing, an offering for Home Missions totaling $122.10. The confirmands named Edwin B.
