Milaca May 18 Samuel Randall of Forenton Minn arrested Sunday. He stole fifty pounds of dynamite from Forenton station and placed ten pounds on the track a mile west of the place intending to blow up the Willmar passenger train on rounce day last. Section men found the explosive and removed it. The boy is 18 years old and has confessed. He says he wanted to see a cake he had never seen before.

Death Notice of Mrs Ole Johnson at Nest Lake

May Move Monthly Fair in Willmar June 6
Promoter J. B. Boyd of Boyd Crawford Co says Willmar will host the first monthly fair on June 6. Merchants back the plan after initial talks that the fairs would occur on the last Saturday of each month. Farmers plan to bring articles for auction. Boyd will handle sales duties. Knights of Pythias hold eight new Knights in Willmar
Last Monday evening the Knights of Pythias in Willmar and area celebrated eight new Knight conferrals. Grand Chancellor Robertson attended from Minneapolis with delegations from Morris Linh field and Di 1 totaling about 650 visiting knights. Morris lodge hosted the ceremonies and a banquet followed in the Presbyterian church hall served by ladies of the church. Speakers and merriment marked the night, and adjournment ran into the early morning, making the event a memorable Pythian gathering.
