Ike In Trouble Again And A Willmar Real Estate Deal
Ike Dudley Emerson was arrested Thursday for attempting to walk two ways at once and on Friday fined ten dollars plus costs or ten days in jail. He was released on Saturday pending good behavior and a promise not to return to town except in dire need. A. H. Brown reports the sale of the E. A. Broberg farm west of the city to O. W. Kerr Co of Minneapolis. The farm valued at 7,900 includes 156.3 acres. Broberg received title to the Barney Leary residence on South Fifth Street valued at 7,200. Kandiyohi County receives $3,750 this year and the same next year from the state road and bridge fund, totaling $7,500 for 1906 and 1910.
