Fatal Fall From Windmill At Kandiyohi Farm
Emmet DeFoe, 23, died after falling from a windmill while repairing the mill at the DeFoe farm near Kandiyohi Station. He struck a plank and fractured his skull, dying after hours of semi consciousness. He had married six weeks earlier to Rose Margaret Tait. Funeral set for Friday at St Marys Kandiyohi. The couple had furniture ready to move. the community offers sympathy.
