Peter Lindberg an elderly resident died after a fall on the dump north of New London while hauling brush for the town Overseer J O Thompson. He stumbled on straw and brush, suffered internal injuries likely rupture of the spleen or pancreas, and died about 9 o clock this morning. Funeral was held Saturday from the Swedish Lutheran church in New London.
