Mrs Ellen Covell of Atwater died June 23 at age 67. Born Sept 20 1843 in Wakefield England, she came to America in 1853, lived in Ripon Wisconsin and Minnesota, and settled at Atwater in 1897 with her son L E Covell. Survived by seven children and a sister. Funeral at Atwater Methodist Church conducted by Rev J A Wagner. remains laid to rest in Rochester beside her husband.

Skeleton Found Near Hutchinson On Road Work Site
Workers uncover a buried skeleton seven miles northeast of Hutchinson at Vrank Teleck’s site while widening a road. John J. Rome couple wed at Zion Church rectory
Married at Rome Zion Church rectory Sunday morning Rev. Douglas Matthews united Y Bernie Moster of 126 Third street and Miss Clara Olive Hanson of Spicer Minnesota. Best man was Albert Moster twin of the groom. The bride wore nun's veiling cream dress and carried white carnations. A wedding supper followed at the groom's home with relatives and friends. Burial for Joseph Strupel Returns from Willmar
Joseph Strupel of Stoddard Wisconsin died at St Francesa hospital in La Crosse June 27. His burial occurred in Willmar with services at St Marys church. He is survived by a brother in Glasgow Montana, a sister in Oelwein Iowa, and a niece and nephew. An adjourned Foot Lake hearing before Judge Powers set for October 16 1911 to settle jurisdiction, with briefs to be filed. Asa Osmondson and Andrew Birkeland traveled to Maynard Saturday.
