Train Kills Woman Walking on Track Near Spicer
A Swedish immigrant, Miss Anna Sundberg, 19, deaf and living near Spicer, was struck by a St. Cloud to Willmar train about a mile north of Spicer. The engine warned she moved toward the track then ran back onto it, was hit and thrown 50 feet. She died instantly, with skull fractured and multiple injuries. Coroner notified. funeral at Fahlun Baptist church next Sunday.
