A large gathering marked the 25th anniversary at Bonde's hall and the Frost home with about 250 guests. A cash gift of 110 dollars in silver was presented, refreshments were served, and a band provided music as the couple was honored for many more years in Willmar. FB. J. Staidl of Wheaton was named to succeed Judge C L Brown in the Sixteenth judicial district, amid a competitive field including Crawford, Webster and O'Hara.

Dog Scares Burglars At Rodlan Store Night Break In
A dog in Rodlan store frightened burglars who entered the back room through a removed wall board and tampered with the front glass. No items missing, and the prowlers fled after the dog alerted. The incident was discovered next morning with minimal damage.
