A 263 acre Lindgren farm north of New London changes hands this week with Hans H. Brix paying for the property, trading in his First Street dwelling as part payment. Brix, foreman on the A. P. Adams stock farm, resides about three miles southwest of Willmar. The farm previously belonged to N. C. Nelson and S. L. Benton. Arrest reports include Andy H.
