Tragic death shocks Seminary town. Nelson laid to rest

Isate Nelson aged 20 died Friday night after brief illness typhoid fever caused heart failure. Father Andreas J. Nelson of Minot North Dakota survives with two brothers, sister unknown. Services held at Seminary hall led by Prof Solum. Students escorted the body to the depot and train to Irving churchyard. Premature Explosion Injures Willmar Man

William Larson son of Nela Larson residing on Section 6 of Willmar was severely injured by a premature explosion while blasting rock yesterday. A charge of dynamite tore his left hand and wounded him about the head and face. He was taken to Dr Johnson's office where the injuries were dressed. doctors say recovery should be without serious consequences. Mission Church Services Rev August Anderson from Alaska preached at the Mission church yesterday and today. Next Tuesday Rev C V Boman of Minneapolis will hold meetings at the Mission church each evening including Sunday. Friday evening Rev E A Andre from China will preach in Swedish. The Dog Taxes County auditor says refunds are issued only when the dog tax receipt shows no other taxes. if other taxes appear, they will be endorsed and returned, otherwise surrendered upon warrant. Dr E S Frost was called to Atwater today for consultation with Dr Gibson on an important case. H J Halvorson went to Clare City on business today.

Passion Play lecture to be held at Willmar Opera House

Mrs Katherine Erst Bowden will give an illustrated lecture on the Oberammergau Passion Play at the Willmar Opera House Monday evening April 21. The program features moving pictures and 100 colored transparencies of photographs from Oberammergau, praised by press and ministers nationwide. The event is under the Catholic church of Willmar auspices.
