Collections promptly attended to in Williston. Janes Haggerty and James Finch visited from Nexson and Neason. County officials and local business moves noted including milk deliveries, a brick veneer millinery shop, and relocation of county furniture. A Majestic Ware display continues at Bruegger Co. A party for Ethel Borges and various residents moving or visiting are recorded.

Forewarned social invites all aged between 15 and 100 to attend at the Hotel Columba parlors on Friday evening November 17 1899. Fortunes told free and there will be a 15 cent entry option.

The Williston Special School District board met November 15 1890 approving an insurance policy on the new school building for ten thousand dollars with German American Fire Insurance Company for three years at 1 percent. They allowed several bills including janitor pay forty dollars monthly and authorized writing the policy. The minutes note adjournment and prior special meeting minutes.
The proclamation designates November 30 as a day of Thanksgiving and praise. It urges worship or family prayer, notes bountiful harvest and wartime victory, and praises divine providence for the land. Signed by Governor Al De and Secretary FP B Fascoen at the Capitol in Bismarck.
A garbled ad fragment touts Buccons in muyere throat as a cure all for coughs and throat troubles. It claims fast germ destruction and inflammation relief, mentions a “Jing hoon fitrodnend” remedy, and promotes sample bottles at Williston Pharmacy in Williston North Dakota. References to bank loans and exchange follow, then a dialogue about dropping it in a church box for reform.
