Williston County Board Proceedings 1902 to 1903
Board of county commissioners met in regular session adopting measures for public dipping, ferry franchise, road petitions, and tax assessments. The record notes petitions denied for dipping vats, annexation to Williston Special School District, ferry rights for A F Noble, several road openings, bridge and road surveys, and tax adjustments for multiple taxpayers including Nelson, Forslund, Anderson, Jackson, McKay, Reeder, You, Hilers, and W. Preger. Adjournments followed various sessions through July 1902 and into the Board of Equalization in 1903 with notable adjustments and disputes over assessments and personal statements.
