2x4 and 2x6 oak lumber seasoned at Scranton and Hayes. Wmn Boettcher the plasterer has left for Buford to work for Carl Kemna. Editor Mumby of the Buford Tribune visited the city and joined in the Terry humbug. Woodley’s reports a fresh stock of wallpaper. George Young of Buford appeared before U S Commissioner Catherwood on liquor sale charges to an Indian on Poplar reservation and was bound over to Bismarck district court. Stony Creek Stock and Dairy Co plans a larger livestock venture and will sell their butter and milk farm, seeking a competent energetic man with a family.

News items recount the wedding of William S Graham and Vena Towns last Friday evening in the presence of intimate friends. Graham, a popular ranchman, and Towns from Winnipeg recently settled on the south side. The couple will live at Schafer. Fall line of duish wood event at Opera Hall draws crowd

A Fall line of duish wood for wagons was presented last Friday evening at the Opera Hall by local youths and drew a fair turnout. Nearby visitors from Calbertson Mont joined a Williston gathering to hear Terry's Uncle Tor's humbug troupe, with about 25 people attending. The piece featured multiple local figures, weather notes, and community notices ranging from land inquiries to car shipping concerns and local entertainment.

White Earth Whittlings and Local Happenings

Major Murphy from Minot visited White Earth with various locals. J Fanchald toured town and scouted a claim while in town. Several residents were in and out of Minot and nearby towns, and a carpentry board meeting scheduled. A dance at Woodman Hall drew about ten couples for an enjoyable evening.
