Private citizens may arrest if they see a crime, with powers similar to officers.

Sudden Death of R. C. Sanborn Shocks Minot
R C Sanborn president of the Sanborn Lumber Co of Minot died in West Baden Indiana on January 27 after a cerebral hemorrhage. He had left Minot mid January to spend winter in Florida for health. Born October 1 1860 in Knoxville Tennessee he aged in his 40s. He was a respected civic leader active in the Commercial club and Elks Lodge and married Grace Finkelson two years prior.
