President Wilson extends the food administration license scope effective June 1 to include near beer makers and several large handlers of food products. Licensed entities include tuna packers, salmon processors, poultry and egg plants, cottonseed traders, hulls and storage facilities. Retailers under $100,000 annual business and farmers are exempt.
