Mrs Victor H Ringer died at Home hospital Lafayette Tuesday night after several weeks illness. Born Alice Thomas October 18 1870 she lived much of her life in Williamsport and helped in her husband’s law practice. Survived by husband three sons Raimond Horace Alfred one half sister and one brother funeral 2:30 pm at home Highland cemetery burial expected.

Oscar Ellis 66 died at his Attica home Wednesday evening after a two year illness. He lived on a farm near Independence most of his life and spent the last twelve years in Attica. Survived by his wife and daughter Mabel. Funeral from the Attica home Saturday at 10 a m conducted by Rev Raymond L Fletcher and Rev Rankin. Interment in Attica cemetery.

Ex Mayor Jesse Martin of Attica Hangs Self Near Fowler Farm
Former Attica mayor and Central National Bank president Jesse Martin killed himself at his farm five miles east of Fowler. Once in ill health, he had undergone surgery and stayed at home under medical care. His daughter found him in the tool shed and a coroner ruled death by his own hand. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. with the Attica Masonic lodge in charge.
