Continuance in case between Telephone Co and Wichita and Suburban

A lengthy court session over the Missouri Kansas Telephone Company versus the Wichita and Suburban Railway was continued to September 23 after the plaintiff’s petition was amended. Judge Reed overruled the demurrer. witnesses may be added and costs debated as both sides seek compensation for alleged service disruptions and proposed wiring changes.
