New York Feb 22 funeral services for Colonel Jota Be Yart who died at Fort Hays Kansas on the 7th were held today at Greenwood Cemetery with many relatives in attendance. The event followed a quiet morning at the family home.

Meantime Gorton was arrested in Oklahoma for stage robbery tied to a mail robbery case. his father, wealthy, faces unspecified charges.
