John Garda Joe Novy and R L Cas on nonresident owners and all persons with an interest in the described land in Grayson County Texas face tax delinquency. The tract lies on the west side of 315 acres sold to Paul Czymy, with metes and bounds along the Sherman and Southmayd road and the Craft survey, including references to a railroad iron, road centers, and multiple mileages.
