Born March 8 1892 in Hove she married W J Hargett Feb 18 1912 Achille. Survived by three sons two daughters two sisters and 12 grandchildren four great grandchildren.
Miss Effie Mainord 83 formerly of Whitewright died Oct 3 in Ontario Oregon. Burial was Monday in Groesbeck Texas. She taught a Sunday School class at Whitewright Baptist Church for years. Survived by brothers W W Dock Mainord Helix Oregon and W A Mainord Ontario Oregon and two nieces Mrs Sam Nelms O Donnell Texas and Miss Lucille Mainord Big Spring Texas.
Mrs. Sarah E. Woodruff died of a heart attack Friday at her Bonham home. Funeral services were held Sunday at Bonham with burial in Willow Wild Cemetery. Born September 10, 1891 in Tennessee, she was the widow of R. T. Woodruff and mother to three daughters and three sons, with 11 grandchildren. Survivors include Oscar and Joe Robinson, R. C. Vestal, and several others.
Funeral services were held for Gomer Hance of Houston brother of Mrs. O W Barker of Whitewright. Attending were Robert Smith and family from Houston and several Hance relatives from Dimmitt Commerce and Dallas, with others visiting the Barkers.
