Funeral Rites Held for Mrs Effie Frances Jones

Funeral services were conducted at Barnheart chapel for 82 year old Effie Frances Jones mother of Emory Christian of Whitewright. Burial followed in Reisel Cemetery at Waco. She had lived in a Tom Bean rest home since her husband Berryman H. Jones died in 1961. Surviving are her son two grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Mrs Wirt May 82 Dies in Savoy Ex-Student of Hassell College

Mrs Wirt May age 82 died at her Savoy home Monday. The Hassell College survivor was born Mary Agnes Wrenn in Savoy December 27, 1882. She married Wirt May in 1901 and lived in Savoy. burial was in Savoy Tuesday. Surviving are husband a son Erwin May Nocona a daughter Marjorie Sue May Savoy a brother R W Wrenn Savoy and three grandchildren.
