Sherman May 16 The county commissioners designated ten automotive establishments as conditional headlight test stations under a new state law to become effective June 17 and enforceable by Sept 1 The stations will test and adjust headlight tilt focal settings and overall operation A standard layout and 12 by 55 foot space or 45 foot station length is required A 25 cent testing fee is set with 10 cents to county funds Applications must be made in person to County Judge R M Carter with bonds and forms available from the judge
