In Georgetown on March 20, a suit for 100000 dollars was filed in the Twenty six district court naming thirty seven defendants. Attorneys for R W Burleson, victim of a flogging party at Jonah near here on April 1 1923, seek damages. Five men have already received penitentiary sentences.
