He lived in Denton six years moving from Gunter and had Texas residence sixty nine years. Born in Missouri he was a Confederate veteran and Methodist Church worker. Funeral at First Methodist Church Tuesday 10 a.m. with Rev J Sam Barcus and Rev R G Mood in charge. A J Douglas was F E Douglas’s uncle. he intended to attend but rain prevented.
