Miniature golf course planned by Bay sisters
Misses Inez and Gladys Bay plan a miniature golf course on lots south of their home. Clarence Baker, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Baker, was injured Wednesday when a wagon team ran away and he was thrown. Dr. R. May spoke on Development of Whitewright and Section at the Rotary Club luncheon Friday. Rev. and Mrs. C. C. Merritt and several others attended the funeral of Mrs. A. H. Davis in Sherman Wednesday.

Mrs. Carl Smith aged 60 suffered a deep cut on her forehead when a buzzard slammed into and shattered the windshield of her husband’s car. He remained uninjured and kept control of the vehicle. The buzzard was decapitated. Best way to carve a tombstone is to chisel in traffic.
