Miss Carrie Hamilton 78 died in a Sherman hospital after a five month illness. Funeral services at Barnheart chapel at 4 p m today with Rev Bill Smith and Rev W J Epting officiating. Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers named. Survived by sister Mabel Mantiply and three nieces and a nephew. She lived in Whitewright most of her life and spent 20 years in Dallas at Baylor Hospital Nurses Residence. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Whitewright.

Hiram D. Perdue 80 died in a Dallas hospital after a two year illness. Services were held in Earnheart Funeral chapel with burial at Carson Cemetery Ector. Survivors include a son Noel, two daughters, 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Bobby Earl Golden 25 petty officer first class Coast Guard drowned July 2 off Roxbury Massachusetts. Funeral services were held with burial at Oak Hill Cemetery. He leaves a wife Roslyn Hoff and two sons Kenneth and Donald and daughter Kathleen all of Roxbury and his parents and three sisters.
