Dr. A Z Cox UT business research director cites cotton at 54 percent, corn 49 percent, wheat 47 percent of 1909–14 levels. Bill to Cut Cotton Surplus Introduced in Senate

Texas Attorney General Gerald C. Mann ruled the bill authorizing the old age pension administration to borrow 900000 is constitutional. Gov.
