Prices of Farm Products Reach Lowest Point Since 1934
Prices received by farmers dipped to 102 of prewar average in January, the lowest since January 1934. Compared with December, the index is down 2 points and 29 points from a year ago. Dairy unchanged, chickens and eggs up 3. grains, meats, fruits, and other groups all lower.
